Rates

$75/hr with a two hour minimum, includes up to one hour travel to site.

$100/hr with a two hour minimum, includes up to one hour travel to site.

$125/hr with a two hour minimum, includes up to one hour travel to site.

$150/hr with a two hour minimum, includes up to one hour travel to site.

Travel times exceeding one hour will charged corresponding to the labor rate, pro rated to the next half hour.

For example, a day job requiring 25 minutes of travel and 1 hour of on-site labor would be $150. That same job but 80 minutes travel would be $37.50 (prorated travel cost) + $150 (labor) = $187.50. Same job again but 100 minutes travel would be $75 + $150 = $225.

A last minute job with 3 hours 10 minutes of travel and 4 hours on-site labor would be $312.5 + $500 = $812.50
